Ingredients (for 4 persons)
- 1 plate of Norwegian smoked salmon 160 g
- 250 g of Mascarpone
- 1 lemon
- Chive
- Salt pepper
Instruction
- Prepare a cream made from mascarpone, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and finely chopped chives.
- Mix everything.
- Take a slice of salmon, cover with the mixture (about 1 cm), cover again with a slice of salmon, and repeat the operation 3 times.
- Wrap and store in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes so that it hardens. Slice immediately.
